Director, Treasurer
Gordon Rowe is an accomplished finance and business operations leader with over 30 years of experience in driving business strategy and enhancing financial performance for global multinational corporations in the telecom and technology sectors. With expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), business partnering, and financial leadership, Gordon has successfully led teams across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and North America.
Gordon has a proven track record in leading acquisitions, implementing restructuring initiatives, and executing finance transformation projects. Prior to joining the Board of CSVM as our treasurer, he spent 16 years at Qualcomm in Europe, where he spearheaded the finance and business operations function. Before Qualcomm, he dedicated 15 years to Nortel, serving in various roles, most recently as Director of Enterprise Business Operations and Channel Strategy for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
An alumnus of Ernst & Young, Gordon began his career at their Montreal office. He holds a CPA designation, a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University, and a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Western Ontario. Passionate about developing high-performance teams, Gordon is committed to fostering innovation in financial management.
