Personalized Support
Our nursing team provides education, guidance, and resources to help you confidently manage your health. They can answer your questions, offer advice on managing your condition, and help you access additional healthcare services when needed.
Coordinated Care
Our electronic medical record (EMR) system is shared among the healthcare professionals who provide nursing and medical care at CSVM, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care.
These services are included with the co-op’s annual membership, giving members convenient access to high-quality healthcare close to home.
Please note: Our Nurse Practitioner is currently on maternity leave. During this time, our experienced nursing team continues to provide many of the services listed below and will help coordinate your care.
Nursing Services
Our registered nurses provide comprehensive health assessments, evidence-based care, and follow-up services for a wide range of health concerns, including:
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
- Strep throat
- Ear infections
- Cold and flu symptoms
- Diarrhea and other minor illnesses
- Many other non-emergency health concerns
Our nurses also offer:
- Comprehensive health assessments
- Blood pressure monitoring, including Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM)
- Blood glucose monitoring
- Cognitive assessments
- Infant wellness checks
- Ear irrigation
- Wound care and dressing changes
- Staple and suture removal
- Cryotherapy treatments
- HPV (Pap) testing
- Blood draws
- Urine and other specimen collection
