HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
The HR Manager must be knowledgeable on HR functions such as benefits, workers’ compensation, personnel records, recruitment and retention of staff, employee relations, training and competence development as well as provincial employment laws and company policies.
The HR Manager reports to and assists the Director in all aspects of human resources managements such as establishing performance evaluation processes including training and development plans, pension and medical insurance benefits, employee contracts as well as screening, hiring and integration of new staff.
