Dr. Charles Larson

Dr. Larson obtained his medical degree and subsequent specializations in pediatrics and preventive medicine and public health at McGill University. He has been involved in health projects around the world for the past 35 years. He is currently an adjunct professor in the Department of Global and Public Health within McGill’s School of Population and Global Health. He is also the director of McGill’s Global Health Programs. Dr. Larson’s interests focus on capacity building and implementation research in support of scaling up life-saving interventions in children under five. Dr. Larson has had a home just outside the village of Hatley since 1976.
