It can improve your flexibility, mobility and range of motion. It builds body and muscle strength and supports joint health.
We also deepen and fortify our breathing capacity by increasing the duration of the inhale, exhale and retention of breath during the postures.
Quite simply, Yoga brings you toward yourself. We become more confident and aware that we possess intrinsic natural resources to face easy and not such easy times in our life.
